  1. Someone sent me a picture of the bracket and a fuse (how they go together, i will put the picture at the end of this text) and I said well let's try it. Found out it works perfectly fine with a 10A fuse and an empty fuse place in the fuse box. The stereo even shuts itself down when I open the driver's door like with my original radio. Thanks a lot guys! Here is the picture
  2. Like a normal wiring harness haha? But there is no red wire, it is on the side, if i can say. I connected it with the kenwood wires (red one with red one). But now i need to plug it somewhere to get power. But where? Thanks!
  3. Hi guys! I recently installed a new audio deck (Kenwood) in my Pontiac G5 2008. I've got the metra wiring harness that came with a little red wire for electricity. All my wires are connected to the ones on the radio, but where the .... Do i plug the red one? Like my radio is installed but i don't have any power so it's not working... May somebody help me? I know it's a 12v power wire but where do I plug it? And how? I changed the deck because the original one was having a hard time reading cd and auxiliary jack wasn't working anymore, and I drive 10hrs straight like four times a month. We tought about by passing it by the fuse box inside the car but how so? Waiting for your help! I'm leaving in 10 days so that would be great to have music by then! P.s.: here is the end of the red power wire in picture.
