  1. You gotta lot of nerve to show us that mate! You are bringing free samples back for all your mates, aaaaaren't you?!?!
  2. I saw it when it first came out. It's only 4 episodes long. I think the brother doing the restoration work seriously screwed up the Olds wagon. Without talking to the customer, I would NOT have gone the LS route with the rebuild. I would have built a beefer Olds motor. Also, why the hell didn't he talk to his customer to clarify his wishes for the car? Dumb and costly mistake in you ask me.
  3. I hope like hell you don't remember much about Oktoberfest!! According to my dad, who was also there once during Oktoberfest, the average German consumed 3-4 liters of beer a day during the celebration! Damn. So if you have no recollection of what happened, good for you. You probably don't want to remember either. Scenery - greenery tomato - cannabis It's all the same, right?
  4. Time to start buying used V6 Camaros for cheap and converting them. What concerns me is Trans Am World/Depot is advertising the Chevelle 70/SS but not their Trans Am. What is up with that? Are they done producing TAs? Their website seems very vague.
  5. I can only imagine. What did you cross ? 14 time zones going east? I've only done 12 time zones. Detroit to Beijing in 2000. The thing that was harrd to remember since it is exactly 12 hours apart was if was it today or yesterday back home.
  6. It looks like it belongs in the lobby of the Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola Fl. As you walk in it has 4 Douglas Skyraiders Blue Angels in Delta formation hanging from the ceiling.
  7. Major league jet lag for sure!
  8. I’m betting on either Mexico or Las Vegas,
  9. Disney? Everyone goes to see the mouse!
  10. Thanks- the same article was published in the GMC Times this month as well. I wonder what a blown 478 GMC V6 would look like in the Sunbird?
  11. The 2024 Bandit Run will roll into Michigan this year. This happens to be the same week as the Hot Rod Power Tour (dang it!).l https://banditrw.restoreamusclecar.com/24home48351775 Stops are: June 9 - Holland Michigan (west side of the lower pennisula) June 10 - Mackinaw City / Cheboygan (northern tip of the LP) June 11-13 - Pontiac Michigan Cost is $395
  12. Totally agree with JUSTA. A lot of hard work. Now I hope you can't stop driving the wee out of it.
  13. So what paint did you use on the body? What is the official color name? Have you taken your ride to any track? Done any quarter mile or autocross with it? Just curious.
  14. Fantastic! Beyond the obvious body and paint work, what all did you do to the ol' girl?
  15. Retro Sound has models for the 3rd and 4th gen Firebirds. https://www.retromanufacturing.com/collections/pontiac-make/firebird What would you like to do to the radio?
