  1. 1965 Pontiac Catalina convertible. Original numbers matching 389 engine with turbo 400 transmission. I've owned this car for over FORTY years and paid $500.00 when purchased. Over the past three years she's gone through lots of changes and upgrades to include body work, new paint, new top, new convertible motor/pump, cylinders (for top) all new power window motors, front disc brakes, rims 22" front and rear, electric cooling fan, custom interior, both bumpers re chromed (along with other items) and the list goes on and on....
  2. Thank you. It was my sons vision / creation.
  3. Got radiator back from shop after rodding and flushing. Ready to reinstall.
  4. Needing instructions on how to make adjustments to the convertible top frame. Replaced pump & motor unit, both cylinders and bushing. The drivers side is perfect and windows fit properly, however the passengers side has a "dip" (please is pictures) in the frame keeping the windows from not fitting properly. Need to get passengers side frame adjusted and get "dip" leveled out. Thanks for reading and any information.
  5. It's been awhile since I've been on here. Much has changed from then with my Catalina. Been painted, new custom interior, both bumper straightened and chromed, disc brakes in the front, new rims/tires and the list goes on and on. These are not the new rims and tires and bumper are not on at this time. I will get a few other (more updated) picture in a few days and add them. Still learning this site too,
  6. Would love to have one! Someday, when my 65 Catalina convertible is finished, it just may be selected for a calendar too!
  7. Name is Fred and I have owned (paid $500.00) my 1965 Pontiac Catalina convertible for 38 years. Was my daily driver way back when, but now is a occasional driver. After raising three kids and sending to college, the Catalina has been on the back burner for many years. She is still drivable, but many issues do exist. Now resiliently retired maybe I'll get the time to give her much needed tender loving care. Looking forward to seeing and reading about other awesome Pontiac.
