  1. Around last year, I've been having issues with my car's paint peeling off. At first it was paint on the hood that was peeling off, but then after washing my car a few months ago, a bit of paint came off the side right by the hood. I've attached pics of what the chipping/peeling looks like. Right now, I can't be spending a lot of money to try to repair or cover this up. My question is what is the best and most reasonable priced way to paint this up so that it at least looks more presentable at least for awhile?
  2. I'm not sure if changing the fuse would work. My trunk is electric so when I use my remote to open the trunk, it still opens. Not sure how to properly check the wires. I do have a multimeter though.
  3. Ever since I had my 02 Grand Am GT, I never recall having a working trunk lamp. I thought that maybe the bulb might of been bad or something so I swapped out the bulb with a known good one and the light still doesn't come on when the trunk is opened. I even flipped the bulb around and it still wouldn't light up when the trunk is opened. All my other lights in the car seem to work when I open a door such as a driver or passenger door. Is there is fuse or something with the trunk light which causes it not to light up or a switch somewhere to trigger it? I'm not sure what to try next.
  4. Last winter, I must have hit a huge pot hole because I noticed a little crack on the bottom of my bumper cover. I tried using some kind of glue substance and calking to repair it the best I could because my car is white. It work temporarily, but never really stayed put. This past winter, between driving and maybe parking against some snow banks it must of pushed and cracked it real bad beyond repair so now I need a new or replacement one for my 02 GT. As the cracking got worse, I noticed I lost the passenger side fog light as well. I'm hoping that I can try to get these items at a junkyard, but I'm worried with how it's going to be taking off the old bumper cover and putting the new one on, as well as installing the new fog light. I've tried looking at diagram type pictures, but a lot of them are hard to understand. How is it installing these things and if I'm unable to find a matching bumper cover, where's the best place to find one that can be painted without spending a whole lot of money and that will be a perfect fit? Also, how are the fog lights to install?
