  1. Right in the center of the state. Both are in Hartford county.
  2. I will definitely do that. I think it comes down to the fact that he really just doesn't drive it as much as he should. We would take it to shows for years and he always won something. Even got best in class and best in show at the 2013 New England Pontiac Club event here in CT. Car is really in perfect shape but it seems to sit in the garage more than it should. He is the type of guy that always has a project going on an simply doesn't want to see it go to waste.
  3. Thanks for all the info. Thats a big help. My father wants to part with the vehicle but I really think it should stay in the collection. Thats why I am trying to find out as much as I can about its history. This car was at my grandfathers farm here in Connecticut. It was up to its rims in mud out in a field. Body was solid and looked like a potential project. We put six spark plugs in it, oil, and using a lawnmover gas tank it fired right up!! Then the project began.
  4. Hey guys. I am new to the forum. I joined because I restored a 1931 Pontiac 6 Four door sedan with my father a few years back. Total ground up restoration and it looks like it just drove off the showroom floor. Thing is....we really know nothing about that car. How rare is it? Value? And of that type of stuff. We go to car shows all over the United States and never once seen another. We have seen pleanty of 2 doors that people have street rodded out but nothing like this one. Any of you guys have knowledge of these cars or could point me in the right direction? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Rick
