  2. Man there's some cool cars on here. And a few folks (looking your way Rob Johnson and PontiacGirl...) are very spoiled kids with too many choices to drive on a given day!
  3. You guys are a month late, but whatever...
  4. A portrait of some baseball watchers this weekend?
  5. Hello all... In certain parts of some of our varied and wonderful countries, winter storage is a necessity. With regards to putting the car up on blocks/jack stands, I've heard both that 'the suspension is built to hold weight vs. just hang there' as well as 'take the weight off the tires and springs to preserve them'. Currently I put mine on wheel dollies. This allows me to push it up against the garage wall, thereby gaining some real estate for storing other things. I have also put it up on jack stands in the past. Here in Winnipeg, Canada she can sit for 4 to 5 months depending on the seasons... Thoughts?
  6. Thanks! Part of me wishes it was black sometimes, as its SOOOO much red - but I lover her and her originality so maybe my next one...
  7. And yes, I deliberately left off the 'eh'. Some great looking cars here... Loved Pontiacs for a long time myself, and was VP of the Manitoba Pontiac club here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada for a while (now just the webmaster for it). I'm currently the Vice Chairman of the Manitoba Association of Auto Clubs (MAAC), which represents over 40 different car clubs and several thousand cars and individual owners by being a lobby and liaison with the various levels of government, police and vehicle registrars. I also run a facebook page and website called Pontiac Trans Am Canada. Here's my unrestored ride which I've had since 2008, and just got put away for the winter unfortunately... (but it helps keep the mileage low!) Cheers (and copious amounts of maple syrup) to everyone! Looking forward to learning about you all over the next while... Gerald
