  1. The Corvette A man named Tom Nicholson posted on his Facebook account the sports car that he had just bought and how a man approached and told him that the money used to buy this car could've fed thousands of less fortunate people. His response to this man made him famous on the internet. READ his story as stated on Facebook below: A guy looked at my Corvette the other day and said, "I wonder how many people could have been fed for the money that sports car cost? I replied I'm not sure; it fed a lot of families in Bowling Green, Kentucky who built it, it

  2. In '63, when Pontiac built the 14 Super Duty Tempest/Lemans just before GM's ban on racing was announced. Those cars came with the shiftable rear diffs. A lot of the racer took those diffs out and swapped them for the 57-64 diffs. Even the guys who raced the stock Tempests/Lemans would swap out that rear end for the more bullet proof 57-64 rear end. So much so, that Pontiac issued a new part number for this diff to it would be homologated under NHRA rules of being a "factory" diff.

  14. Hi all and thank you for allowing me to join! I have a newly acquired 1 off special Pontiac, In 1973 Robert D Gwynn, an American Fashion designer and tailor (he made all of John De Lorean's suits) decided he would try and enter the luxury car market by creating his own style of car, this is what he came up with, based on a stock 1973 Grand Prix and heavily customised. It has Solid Walnut fender ends, nose cone and mouldings, Walnut license plate frames, solid walnut door handles and trim, hand rubbed lacquer paint finish, completely restyled roofline, restyled front and rear ends, re

  15. Cool chassis porn bud. I'm jealous. The finish on the control arms is first rate! JUSTA so you know, the 57-64 Olds/Pontiac rear diff was very popular with the early drag racers. I run a 12-bolt in Lucy. It has 3.55 gears. I think it is a good compromise gear between highway and city.

  17. 12 bolt N 4:11 Have never seen another chrome cover like this one. Cleaned N polished best it's gonna get, but still has some patina to it. Was thinkin of painting it years ago when I painted the housing to swap over to the donor frame. To me it looks like a big eyebrow. So I bought the large set of MOON EYES stickers to make a smiley face...of sorts. Never got around to it.
