Nope to me thats a compliment as I think the VQ is one of the best sounding v6 engines out there.

  • Word of advice, Don't buy OEM style black housing headlights. They're GARBAGE, I got one with the passenger side being broken and now the drivers side seal that goes between the light and fender came

Holy crap. Sounds just like a VQ thats nuts. Sounds auto...

OP: the badges on the front fenders of the Mustang...are those just double sided tape? Or are they bolted into the fender?

I have heard that they're either bolted or double sided, but it's a 45th anniversary.

My shop got a hold of a 2007 Mustang GT, and we're putting on Boss 302 style stripes.

Oh, the glorious Mustang:

Those are 20"s on there, sucker looks mean with that wheel/tire/suspension combo. Yes, it has the Roush bumpers, side skirts and rear spoiler.

Not bad, but I only see a roush front bumper. In the pic it's got factory painted GT sideskirts.

For mine it's already lowered on Eibach Sportlines. I am up in the air on a wheel combo for it, just too damn many choices out there. I am saving for a 3" cowl induction hood, and a 3dCarbon lip kit for the car. Unfortunately I don't think the big guy in the red suit is bringing the mustang anything this year...

I'm unsure of the springs on the Mustang we got...it came with them. They're very responsive, and very little wheel travel, haha.

But yeah, if you could find out for me if GT badges on +07s are not bolted it, I'd appreciate it!

Looks like they have little pegs that go into the fenders. I looked at replacement badges on ebay.

Fuck...oh well, off they'll come anyway. It's getting flat black Boss 302 style stripes and the GT badges will get painted black.

It's funny, take away the visual and initial startup...you'd think it was a 350Z taking off.

Not knocking the exhaust, it sounds dope.

Holy, does it ever!

It has the sound, but if only it had the performance to match it lol.

Well the G8 is the replacement for the GXP which we no longer own. Just thought I would share a pic.

yup, everyone is getting a G8. question, the other G6?

Everybody is getting G8s but I still bought a Honda. I ain't even mad.

If you're talking about the BGCM GT we used to have that was traded for the mustang and the GXP was traded for the G8.
