To do the complete Brembo swap its about 800 bucks, for that price you can get bigger Baer kits

Install is much easier also since you dont have to pull off the spindles, if the Brembos were 13inch rotors though I'd do it. Stock is 11.8 up front, the Brembos are only 12.4

Nice I love it! I actually looked at getting one before the G6 as well but overall am glad even though there's a lack of aftermarket because I just like to drive in my G6 better than I would a Cobalt. Plus I think I've gotten a more of a wow factor from the G6 modding and I just hated the Cobalt taillights with ever fiber in my body :agreed:

Car seems to be screaming for tint and for something to be done with those headlights :D

you need more than just the rotors and calipers, the spindles are what almost half the cost is, not to mention lines and some other misc hardware

sadly its not a bolt on to the 05-07s requires alot of other parts

Im getting black headlights, tint will not happen, not worth the constant annoyance and cost of getting pulled over

The spindles are different. That sucks.

Damn, I have too much variety with my GA's spindle compatibility. :agreed:

Nobody has tried to canabilize another similar GM model's calipers? Similar to my own F-body caliper swap project.

Wow, that's cool.

The N-body spindles take a whole variety of calipers, even the dual piston Baer caliper kit works.

Even just the dual piston F-body ones would do wonders for the Cobalt.

I like the lower grill mod and of course the color of the car. ;)
